What are parents teaching kids today?

Went to kidsports with the Cuddly Kids and Mummy S and baby K. Was fun, once the rude and rowdy older kids ran off (j2 didnt like that and hid with the two ks in the young kids section)… J1 was happy driving the pink car (yes he likes pink eek lol) and they made a new friend in the end.. but there was some rude kids there. Mummy S got scolded very rudely for wanting to take away this car (which wasnt being used mind u) for baby K to sit in, by.. a 6-7 year old girl. SMACK (tempting).. I guess I’ve got no patience for this hehehee.. Mummy S told me abt this time the daddy had taken baby K to sameplace and this 3-4 year old girl kept throwing balls AT him so Daddy A reprimaded her (nicely). She went to tell her daddy who came over and what was her daddy’s reasoning (he asked baby K and his daddy to leave instead if they dont like it) “We pay more money than u! we deserve to be here” What kinda logic is THAT!?!!? SMACK.. makes u wonder what they r learning from their parents these days hor.. So if I pay for my three kids, does that mean we get to stomp all over everyone?? What a ****** … very sad, lah… money orientated? Definitely.. everyone for themselves I guess…

today’s check up..

Check up today: good to see dr teoh today nice to catch up etc.. He was amused that lily and ailian and I all knew each other ehhee.. and k of course trying to make friends with everyone LOL So had blood samples/urine sample taken. Internal exams, vaginal ultrasound etc.. apparently bladder has tiny white protein (possibly) points so I need to  increase the water intake etc sigh (reduce or no caff).. but the bad part: Im not producing any eggs… no eggs, no ovulation, no pregnancy chances… It is cos Im still nursing soo much (despite my regular periods).. ovulation would be erractic or non-existent (haha su diff )

I wallowed in self pity for a wee while..but D pointed out to me that we’d better start k on the road to weaning then and sort the protein bladder thing. The test results will be in a week’s time. As he says, we can dispense with contraception, u never know, simply tembak.. but when doc told me, no eggs, I was like.. oh.. (insert long pause here)… But d made good sense, so feel better.. I will bounce back in my usual crazy way..

siti nurhaliza’s marriage to Datuk K…. yes.. FRONT PAGE, big spread.. it even interrupted TV programming just to air the press conference……. hmmm… Oh well. I wish them well.. at least his divorce got finalised soon heheheehhee… Aiyooo.. I guess everyone wants some light hearted stuff to forget all theother crap happening huh?

There was some other stuff I wanted to blah blah about but now I forgot. (age catching up with me.. hehe)..

Finally..

I quit as PRoduction Manager for ASJ, whew.. a sigh of relief..

now I get to concentrate on the creativity aspect, esp of mac and cod.. I do have to colour web 16, Fusciart’s stuff is going to be amazing (and a scary prospect) to colour, man!   And BG-Origins is coming along nicely.. cant wait..

Must tell u funny thing the Js told me last night.. I had changed into my scruffy housecoat cos K gave me a FREE shower when I was bathing him (he likes showering like his brothers hehe)so my baju wet.. anyways, as I was saying goodnight to the Js, J2 said oh mummy u are wearing a very long skirt. Told him it was a dress..he said oh ok! It’s very beautiful mummy!! J1 of course must join in and agreed, “yes mummy it’s very beautiful, u should wear it more often”.. after that I cracked up laughing. They laugh with me but with puzzled expressions LOL the cheeky guys..
K has taken to pointing and saying what he wants “Mama!! MUM-MUM!” he wants his food.. “MAMA! Meeeee” (milk).. hehee.. he’s also trying to shake his head no (or na-na) and yes (yeeeeee) but Im not sure he knows what it means LOL Last night he was not wanting to nurse so I asked him no boob? He shook his head vigourously and said na-na! so I put him in cot and said good night.. He had this surprised look of horror on his face LOL LOL “MAMAAAAA!!!!! ME-ME!! (that’s his boob to him lol).. hehehehehehe.. Im so cruel..

Uncle Drew’s bday today!! Welcome to the 30s, buddy LOL We should see him today for lunch and a bit in the afternoon (after the Js school)..  Fun fun! I baked a cake for him but it aint going to be like his mum’s who is AMAZING at this domestic stuff.. esp cooking.. mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm…. our “surprise”‘party was a kindapathetic attempt but hopefully he had fun despite it.. was nice to just chill, eat and yabber away…

well the craziness has settled down a wee bit.. and YAY, I’ve lost some inches!! (does a happy dance).. but alas, the mummy belly remains ever wobbly… the fight continues! K is having a mass influx of toothies, so u can imagine the disturbed sleep, crankiness, lack of appetite.. and that;s just his dad! LOL Anyway, things are settling down a bit (despite k). He’s talking a lot more now.. Some more discernable words and he tries to tell you things or hold a conversation with intonations and questions etc.. so cute.. he will tell u when he wants his drink or his food.. Demanding fella also LOL

Update for the week

Josh has got the go ahead to go back to school and share room with Jamie again. Has to carry on with some meds/inhaler and slowly reduce. Will have to monitor him to see if it recurs every 4-6 weeks, then it’s official but we see how lor.. fingers crossed it’s just a phase! D back at work tomorrow also.. back to the grind.. But the good side, Say ku arrives tomorrow Gotta get back to baking too.. something!
